Bidrangea

As part of the Pride flowers kickstarter campaign, I expanded the design medium to include prints as well. The Bidrangeas ( bisexual hidrangeas) were the first attempt on how I could further explore the theme. Role: illustrator Timeline: July 2021 Personal Project

For the bidrangeas illustration I was inspired to try something that would be a mix of the classical botanical studies with a magical and painterly twist. A bit more traditional than what I had done with the Urban Jungle Collection.

I also plan on making similar illustrations of other flowers as shown in the sketches below:
